SHIPPING & HANDLING INFO:
All BOW/HEADBAND orders ship for $4.95 regardless of order size. Free BOW/HEADBAND shipping with the purchase of any WALL SIGNS, DOOR SIGNS, and FRAMES. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail.
Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days (monday-friday) to process and ship your order. Every item is handcrafted after your order is placed. Some orders may ship sooner.
I would love to save you on shipping! If you would like to do a local pick-up, please select "local pick-up" at check-out and enter your local zip code. Local pick-up is good for La Habra, Fullerton, Brea, Whittier, and La Mirada. If you live outside those cities and would like to do a pick-up, please e-mail me so I can give you a zip code. I will then e-mail you when your order is ready.
I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please email me for the extra charge.
RETURN POLICIES: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned within 5 business days. Buyer pays for shipping.
I do NOT take back any personalized bow hangers, door signs or picture frames or hair bows.
GIFT WRAPPING: At check out you will have the option to have your item gift wrapped. Your order will be wrapped in clear cellophane with colored shredded paper and tied at the top with a big tule bow. A handmade gift tag with your message will be attached to the bow. Your gift can be mailed to you or directly to the special Kiddie that the gift if for!
WRITING: Since I do NOT use stencils, items you purchase may slightly differ from the example. I do try my hardest to make it exactly what you see.
RIBBONS, BUTTONS, ECT: Please note that ribbon & buttons may vary for the bow, headbands, clippies, ect due to inventory. If this may happen, they will be replaced with someting similar.
LIABILITY RELEASE: My Kiddie Kreations is NOT responsible for any damages caused by any small objects on bows or clippies. Adult supervision is suggested. By placing an order, you have read all the shops policies and released any liability.
